As above themes not working on latest version of firefox difficulty reading menu & tabs bar as light blue needs to be dark coloured

After last update Firefox will not open my Weebly website editor.

It keeps telling me that Firefox will not allow the page to be displayed if another site has embedded it. It advises me to open the link in a new window.

This does not work - I get the same error message. I need to be able to edit my website! Can anyone help, please?

I want to permanently remove Quora and Reddit from my search results, so I asked AI and on number 4. it says "Add Search Engine" but in my firefox settings their is no such setting. Any suggestions would be helpful. Here is the AI response:

First of all, mods, if I chose the wrong category and this had to go in "customize settings and preferences" feel free to move it :)

So, for several reasons I decided to completely disable SSL and the old TLS 1.0 and 1.1. I still didn't decide if TLS 1.2 is still important or it's enough with 1.3 so for now I am leaving them both. I did this system wide, with PowerShell, following the instructions in THIS THIS article.

But then there's Firefox. I don't know if Firefox can establish SSL (or old TLS) connections despite the system "ban". But I came across THIS THIS article about how to enable TLS 1.3 in Firefox and when I went in about:config and I typed "security" I saw that there are a lot of voices with SSL and a lot more about TLS than just the security.tls.version.max mentioned in that article, so I am here to ask you what to do to be 1000% sure that all SSL and older TLS are completely disabled in Firefox, and that only TLS 1.3 is enabled.

If you have reasons to believe that disabling TLS 1.2 is not a good idea, let me know, but in THIS THIS article I've read that 1.3 is much better and it's anyway backwards compatible with 1.2 in case some server only supports 1.2, so I decided to leave only 1.3.

Yahoo Finance stock charts are not loading. Never encountered this problem before this week. A GeekSquad tech support person was not able to fix the problem and recommended I contact Firefox. Edge and Chrome load Yahoo Finance stock quote sites just fine; I'm only having trouble with Firefox. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks! Carol

I cannot receive a page from the copyright office because they say I have a popup blocker preventing it. How do I find it to turn it off. It is not in the system settings when searched. Help please.

Untill latest update when on a site was link, ex. http://site.site/repository/text.txt i could select the link and from context menu select "open link in new tab/window" or "save link as". Now only "copy link" action is available. Im on Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS Thanks for any response.

Firefox 139.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 11

I occasionally increase the zoom level of websites (usually forums) with Ctrl+mouse wheel if the default text size is too small. However, if I forget to set them back to 100% (Ctrl+0) before closing the tab, the next time I open that URL, it's at the former adjusted zoom level -- not 100%. Really annoying.

How do I force Firefox to open all URLs at 100% regardless of the last custom zoom level? I have default zoom already set to 100% in Settings and Zoom Text Only is not enabled.

Everytime I drag a GIF image from one tab to an upload box in another, the file uploads as image.png.

I'd love to find a way to solve this so I don't have to go through the whole rigamaroll of downloading a file, uploading a file, and then deleting said file from my downloads folder.

Hi, I need help with an issue related to how my website https://forganica.com/ loads in Firefox. The site works fine on Chrome and mobile browsers, but in Firefox some elements are not rendering correctly and the layout shifts on scroll. Is there a recommended way to debug layout or CSS rendering issues specifically in Firefox? And is there any Firefox-specific setting or developer tool I should check to understand why my site behaves differently?

When I log in to my Apple tv account on the Firefox browser, it comes up, but won't play the selected program. All other streaming services I subscribe to work fine on Firefox, as did Apple tv until this week. If I try running Apple tv on Google chrome on the same lap top, it works fine too. Ditto on my iPhone using Safari. I'd prefer staying on Firefox to stream Apple tv, but can't make it work at the present time. Can you help?

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). I'd like to ask about Firefox's behavior and settings. I'm using Firefox with vertical tabs (using an add-on), but it seems to be behaving strangely. The things that have changed since before are: 1. Open from pinned tab 2. Now opens in a new tab → Previously it opened in the same tab 3. Clicking on a newly opened tab opens a new tab again → Previously it would open pinned tabs/same tabs → in a new tab It has changed. I haven't changed any of my Firefox settings. Windows 11 Home 23H2 Firefox version 139.0.4 (64-bit).
