When I try to access my payment preferences page on xfinity.com, the page goes blank and it appears that it is being blocked. I can't figure out how to unblock it. I had to use Microsoft Edge to access the page to change my information. Can you please assist?

When composing emails in Gmail holding down a (any) key does not activate key repeating.

Also, the there are irregularities when using discover.com in Ver. 124. When editing my customer profile, keystrokes are not recognized. Nothing happens when typing. I also had difficulty signing-in; this may be coincidental.

Things tried: (1) A different keyboard. Same results. (2) Firefox version 122. The key repeat function worked in Gmail. I could edit my profile at discover.com. (3) Uninstalled and reinstalled ver. 124. All problems persisted. (4) Ran Ver. 124 in troubleshooting mode. All problems persisted. (5) Launched newly downloaded versions of both 122 and 124 (from command line) and ran them simultaneously. The problems persisted in 124 (troubleshooting mode), but 122 worked well. I used two different keyboards with no difference noticed. (6) Downloaded and ran Chromium. All worked well.

On a couple of sites (e.g. Petapixel) when I click "Load Comments", nothing happens. I suspect this may be because Firefox security is preventing comments from loading because of site tracking or other security issues. Is this the cause?

Firefox is my default browser. Up until a few months ago, if I clicked a link in an Outlook email, it took me to Firefox and opened the site. Now it takes me to Microsoft Edge.

At the same time, another problem arose, albeit minor. When I am using Firefox and attempt to email a link, there is a message, "Navigation failed" and a blank screen appears. This is not a big problem, since when I open Outlook the email is waiting to be sent. But this too smacks of something Microsoft is doing to sabotage the competition. When I attempt to sign into my Amazon account my email is in the autofill box, so I press continue as instructed. The passward box displays a long line of dots that cover the entire box and will not let me enter a password or erase those dots. I have changed my password and that allows me to sign in to my account ONE TIME. The same thing occurs every time I try to sign in. The autofill is not working properly. If you will clear the autofill on my Amazon account I will enter a password.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any website with latest Firefox version on latest Windows 11 Home OS version
2. Copy any text that has a font or color
3. Paste it to any other website or desktop application

Expected behavior: Pasted text has the same font and color as copied text

Actual behavior: Pasted text has the same font and color as in the cursor position of the destination application's text editor.

Found workarounds: Use Chrome, Edge or any other browser.

Bug reproduced on 2 computers with and without Firefox extensions.

Wishing to view my own html file in my Ubuntu Linux system I pressed the Alt key which I thought would give me a "File" menu. I could not see one. How do I get it?

I use windows 10 Pro as the main synching device to synch Firefox to my iPhone ver. 14 and ninth generation iPad. Neether the iPhone or iPad will synch. Seems like the changing of the guard in management has screwed things up that were working a few days ago.

Hi dear Community!

As of recent, my AntiVirus software is flagging Firefox.exe (Full path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe) as a vulnerable application. I have been using firefox for years (Because I love it, you guys are heroes) and i have been using Kaspersky for years. Firefox has only been flagged as of recent.........

I hope someone knows why, has this too or can calm my paranoia

Have you clicked any suspicious links? No i have not. The links i have visited were all https, checked and acknowledged by Kaspersky and i can say with full certainty that the sites were legit

Have i downloaded any files as of recent? Yes, but from reputable sources and always checked using Hashes and validating using KSN (Kaspersky security network).

Also, I just wanted to restore the Basic Toolbar- that mysteriously disappeared. There was no option for that under the hamburger & more tools. Instead I now have a 3rd toolbar because of the customization options -- & I don't know how to get rid of that/ It appears UNDER my tabs bar.

I'm not able to add site to allow camera access even though there is already one site allowed. The URL is HTTPS, and my setting for this is "Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode". This is for my cardiologist, and I'm 74 so this is very important to me.

Cannot post a comment to Yahoo lately, "Your comment failed to publish. Retry" I can post if I use Microsoft Edge, I don't want to use Microsoft Edge or another browser to post on Yahoo. Any ideas how to fix this?

For a few months now, on different sites, the backround is fully black on black text and I can't use it at all, so I have to enter on Chrome to use it. I tried reseting the cache and booting in safe mode, but it doesn't seem to work. I changed things like themes and made the site be able to choose its own, but nothing seems to work. One option I found online but I'm not to happy to try is to make another profile, but I have all my passwords and bookmarks on this profile.

Our website is showing secure in every browser but in Firefox its showing not secure. site is - psiraapi.sortelearn.com.

I use 1 Firefox account on 3 devices (2 PCs and a smartphone). On the first PC, the number of synchronized passwords is 1126. On the second PC - 135 (similar on a smartphone).

I pressed the "Synchronize" button many times, everything works, new tabs appear, but there are no passwords. What to do? I'm afraid that if I log out of my account on the first PC, I will lose all access forever.

MS Windows 11 just updated (02/14/24) and now Firefox keeps giving me the 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

 <Close Firefox>  <Cancel>.  Task Manager is showing three Firefox activities at the same time.  This problem is only on my Admin user account.   The two other local account run Firefox fine.  Any help, suggestions directions?

Using: PC W11 [v 10.0.22631 Build 22631] & Mozilla Firefox v122.0.1 (64-bit)

When I login to my main Firefox browser and then access a website within a short while the browser screen opens up again automatically. In other words, a second window which is very irritating. How can I stop this from happening?

The only advice I can find is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-whether-firefox-automatically-fills-forms That advice removes the unwanted email address from the current display, but the unwanted address reappears whenever I return to the page.

I have set up a new Microsoft Surface pro 7 with fresh Win11 23h2 and office installation.

The latest Firefox 122.0.1 has been downloaded.

Problem:

When i sign in to my Microsoft 365 account for the first time everything goes smooth and get all authentication steps.

BUT

1. I never reach the Microsoft 365 page and return back to Microsoft log in page

2. if I insist in Trying I get in a loop and i get the error message "AADSTS50196 authentication error,"

3. I have tried to clean Cookies cash. The only difference now is that i do not get in that indefinite loop but i have to reenter the sign in credentials and again reach the log in screen.

4. I have entered the office.com, Microsoft.com, hotmail.com as trusted sites but problem same

5. No issues in that particular Surface pro to sign in Microsoft 365 site via edge

6. No issues to sign in Microsoft 365 in my other computers via Mozila. It happens to that particular surface new installation
