Just started Crashing one day after startup. Ive tried a full fresh install of Firefox and still keeps happening. Ive updated my graphics driver for my graphics card and updated firefox to last updated.

My firefox is slow but not real slow but enough to notice a little bit. It does take a minute to first load. It has crashed but only when I have clicked the close Firefox " Red X"

It really does a crazy thing.  If I have VLC open playing a file, or I am in Firefox on YouTube If I change to new tab or click a link my sound on the Desktop crackles and it's like everything comes to a halt in VLC and Firefox. Or just in Firefox on YT.   I am not sure if this is a hardware issue with my speakers I have already moved the speakers plug to front and no change it still does it.  The speakers are old I bought them way back in 2005.  Do speakers go bad?  I don't know why it is doing this. 

My other issue is cleaning my computer. You see Firefox has over 8,000 bookmarks I have collected since around 2006-2008 or even earlier. I don't know how to remove the ones I don't need anymore. I guess it has well over 250-300 folders and loose bookmarks My guess around 1500+ not in folders. Some folders will scroll a few minutes. I want to removed some folders I don't need anymore and want to know if there is a way to store others in case I need them later I can load them and keep some on Firefox? Many of these book marks are related to research I have done and I can't just trash my bookmarks and start over.

Windows 10 Firefox 89

The problem is that after updating to 89.0 (64-bit) many websites stop rendering content properly. I have tried resetting Firefox and this did not help.

The issue is that random parts of the website fail to load or be displayed. I am attaching examples for two websites with an example from Firefox and Chrome so you can see how it is supposed to display and what is showing up. I know this issue only started after updating to 89.0 as I was on both of these sites earlier today with no problems, then Firefox randomly updated and the problem started.

Long time User of Firefox. Everyone day, one of the first sites I read is WSJ.com. Recently (now running 89.0 Firefox) the WSJ.com website has been totally jumbled. I cross checked it on Chrome, where it was working fine. I have reported this to WSJ.com, and now also to Firefox. Is there a new setting requirement in Firefox 89.0 for that page? This is the only regular site I visit where this is occurring.

Yes, you read it right. I want to submit a feedback about the Firefox browser and it looks like it is not possible.

When I go to the menu Help -> Submit Feedback option, it redirects me ti this site https://mozilla.crowdicity.com/ where you cannot submit any feedback, you can only submit ideas.

What the hell?

volume and sound will not work since last 2 updates on both windows 7 and windows 10 comuputers after 89 and 89.1. youtube videos and others will not play sound. They did before these horrible updates. what do I need to put in my userchrome to make them work? Any other fixes.

Just updated to latest Version 89.0. Rebooting the PC all of Firefox's colors changed to terrible washed out colors. Reading other inquiries I tried running the extension "Firefox Colors" but it didn't help. How do I reset to original default colors? Sincerely, DDBob.

How Do I Make Bookmark Folders in the Sidebar Solid and Not Translucent or "See Through"? - Mac OS; FF 89

How to fill in these outlines of bookmark folders in the sidebar? (See image posted with this).

These folders were a solid light blue until FF89 - I'm sure there is something in usersChrome.css I can modify, but no clue as to what.

Any directions, please make them step-by-step!

How to remove the search bar above the URL line?

This seems to have been added very recently. Can not find any way yo to it thru Settings, etc.

I really dislike the new version of Firefox - as with everything these days, it seems to be tablet/phone-oriented whilst I continue to be a PC dinosaur.

For example, some websites are now showing up with hefty vertical borders ... and particularly annoying for me is the leading (i.e. vertical spacing) on the dropdowns, especially Bookmarks which I use frequently. The fact that it's so much 'spacier' means that I have a lot more scrolling down to do!

I've stuck with Firefox through thick and thin over many years now, but if there isn't some way to change this - or revert (permanently - i.e. not to be thrown into the air again at the next update) - I'll be seriously thinking of jumping ship to the evil Chrome or Edge.

Any advice welcome!

My PC (running Windows 10) crashed and when I restarted I'd lost all of my bookmarks plus I was prompted to create a new user profile. I'm running Firefox 89.0.1 I've tried following the information to find and restore my bookmarks but when I try this all Firefox prompts me is to import from another browser platform (which I don't use). Any ideas?

I am having problem with screenshots since the updates being happening . I tried all the option by clicking at the 3 bars in the right corner and searched for the screenshot icon but it wasn't there. Please help me with the same as the FF screenshot option was of great help.

Tell me how to fix this issue! tabs didn't restore when I just opened FF. Under history, restore closed tabs and restore closed windows are greyed out under "sync" . I never set up sync. How do I get my tabs back???These are pages I have open every day all the time and hassle to reload all of them

I've posted about this issue before. I've done everything recommended, starting with clearing cache and cookies, disabling add ons and extensions, refreshing firefox and now have done a clean install. The issue persists and I'm stuck!

I have a wordpress business website. On it is a blog page, which links to all my blog posts - see attached image when viewing on Edge. But on Firefox none of the links are visible. They ARE there - if you hover, the cursor changes and I can click on the link and go to the page but I can't actually SEE any of the links.

When I did the clean install, the very first time I visited the blog page everything looked normal. However, after visiting a post and returning to the blog page the links had disappeared again! Firefox seems to be putting some kind of cookie or something on that particular page (it's the only page I'm having issues with) and after the cookie has been installed it blocks all the links.

Please help. This is my business website and if I can't get it working I'll have to stop using Firefox.

On the Total Adblock site it gives these directions for removing the program: "Mozilla Firefox Uninstalling Adblock from your Mozilla Firefox browser is very simple and can be done within a few clicks. I do not know where the "extensions page" is. Nor where to find it. While I have been using personal computers for decades, I am still a complete beginner when it comes to any technical jargon. If someone would kindly give me directions in English about getting rid of this annoying extension/program? I would deeply appreciate it.

The menu (Bokmarks )has become too large a distance between the lines. Now the menus are getting way too long. Hard to read links and hard to find! Why this completely idiotic design change?

The change in the appearance of the tabs is also strange!

Is it possible to change back to the usual menu line spacing ???

I specifically said "LATER" to a button that said I could switch to the new browser format -- but the OLD FORMAT is changed on my browser !!!!

One of the changes is that the lines in any of the drop downs from any of my tool bar choices are now ALL DOUBLE SPACED - they used to be single spaced. This is HORRIBLE, it is so unpleasant to work with!

Is there ANY , please ANY, way to change these back to the old single space layout ? I have a lot of lines in my drop downs and now I have to scroll and scroll and scroll !!!!
