My computer 'guru' reinstalled Win10 in order to correct a serious problem. ALL of my programs were gone and I was left with a raw Win10. 6/12/2023 was last date prior to the disaster. I reinstalled Firefox. Using the "firefox.exe -p" I can only find the default profile. I DO HAVE a full backup done using the Win7 Backup and Restore feature. How do I resurrect my most recent profile? I will need to find the files(s) manually from the b/u. When I did a Full Restore the bookmarks didn't appear. Where and what files am I looking for? My bookmarks keep multiplying and duplicating and I can't delete them. I've signed out on all other devices, refreshed FF, stopped sync, Other than a new user account, I'm not sure what else to do

An issue I am running into is with the paste option on Microsoft Word. I am clicking on keep source formatting in Word when I paste text, but the format doesn't carry over from the website I am copying it from. This is a Firefox issue because the format carries over when I paste a website's text using Microsoft Edge. Hopefully someone can solve this issue for me. Thank you.

Sir, I'm not sure, but I think my bookmarks vanished in combinaton with an upgrade. All of them are gone, and I very much would like to have them back! Sincerely Yours, Dan

Hi I'm experiencing slowness especially in youtube thumbnails scrolling down. when video is playing if I click on settings to choose video quality etc it takes like 2 minutes to even open. This slowness not present in edge browser. I want to try older ver but I thought if someone might experiencing same or know what might be the problem

I have literally been crying for what seems like the past hour because I have been locked out of my actual firefox account. I didn't know how to make a "recovery key" before, and I never realized that forgetting this password would literally lock me out of all of my log-ins. Is there any phone number I can call? I need urgent help. I've been trying to guess my password by using stupid passwords I always tend to use, and that isn't working as I keep getting locked out. Can I get in touch with a developer or staff member who can please help me? Help me please this is the only thing I have been able to find I am so confused and scared help me please I am locked out of my account.

I installed what I thought was the "trust wallet" extension. It's not the real trust wallet. I had a little over $5K stolen in BTC, ETH, and SOL. Is there any way you can help me catch the individuals or somehow get back my stolen funds? Or any advice or direction will be helpful.

I got new headphones recently, and they are working on literally everything but firefox, I have looked on my windows settings, made sure he settings were correct, looked through the firefox settings, nothing. Does anyone know how to change the output device specifically for firefox?

I can get in using microsoft edge

So I have the latest version of macOS Ventura, the latest version of Firefox, and the latest version of Roblox. Whenever I try to open a Roblox game from their website (yes, I know. Roblox now has the desktop app so you don't need the website to open a game), it opens the app, but not the link, which means it doesn't open the game :( Does anybody know how to get Firefox to open the link and not just the app? (Btw no hate on firefox)

Running Firefox on MacOS. Browser will occasionally delete previous session when re-opening the browser. I do NOT have the browser set to clear history on closing. I have noticed that two of the incidents occurred when I accidentally closed the default window that opened when restarting the browser but I still had Firefox open.

I just started getting "403 Forbidden" when trying to access dexterlive.com from Firefox running on a Windows 7 PC. It's been working for the last 5 years. I tried with Chrome. It works fine. It also works fine on Firefox running on my Android phone. What's happened to Firefox on the PC?

I had to switch to a new Windows 11 laptop. I installed firefox my favorite browser. It has been a disaster. after 1 week of trying different settings I have been unable to log into Facebook, Ally Bank, Netflix and others. I have changed the delegated credentials from true to false and it doesn't work at either setting. I am either getting SSL errors, "Pardon the Interruption" on netflix and some sites just say "Unable to log you on". Please note that I can successfully log on all the apps on Edge.

I cannot get the Firefox Browser Page to fit the screen on my laptop. I constantly have to hit <cntrl> - or + to zoom in and out. I have to do this for every tab I open. This isn't an issue with other browsers. I'm about fed up and ready to quit Firefox. I'm not "tech savvy" so if you respond use baby language. I'm operating on Windows 11.

I downloaded Last Pass through Firefox years ago...almost as soon as became available. The prompt for the Master Password does not function as it should but it does on Microsoft Edge. I've spoken with Last Pass on this and we added it to Edge in order to test the results. The result was that the Lass Pass icon on Edge remained lit but was not lit on Firefox. It should re-time itself whenever Last Pass is utilized and I use it for all my log-ins throughout the day...every day! I do not like Edge and use Firefox exclusively. I find this situation extremely disconcerting. I've been asked to enter that Master Password again and again within the 24 hour re-prompt schedule...at times within minutes! This should not occur. Please fix this glitch. It's between you or your developer and Lass Pass. It has nothing to do with me

Just restarted PC and opened Firefox, but with my normal Firefox, another page popped up which was a Firefox guest page on the website:

The website was "Not Secure" so I just closed out of it, was wondering if this is a cause for worry or if it's just a minor issue. All help is appreciated, thanks.
