I have tried everything I know (I think) but Firefox won't allow me to stay logged in. How do I accomplish this??? I have researched online and still have not been able to accomplish this.... Google Chrome is no problem.... I stay logged in to it, but not so with Firefox... Help!!!!

please take off the red add, the pop up total add sign that keeps popping up asking to paid for the add block I am 82 and on a fixed budget. I do not want this service. How do I get it off my computer. When I want to print an article from an e mail.I always have to remove it to save an e mail, or when I want to print an article, I read it later, and I see the total ad block on my printed article stuck on the printed page blocking out what I printed. Its very annoying to have to take it off the screen before I print anything. Please help me. George at [removed email from public]

When I try to access a few common sites, such as Lowes.com and Totalwine.com, I get the following message:

An Error has occured We apologize for the inconvenience, but the requested url is invalid. It may be a result of using special characters that are not accepted at this time. Thank you for your patience.

If I really need to access the site I can open Google Chrome and they will open with no problem.

How do I fix this issue? BTW Firefox just loaded the latest update and the problem still exists.

Firefox crashes when printing to "Save to PDF"

OS: Windows 10 Firefox Version 100.0 Starting this afternoon... Firefox crashes (completely shuts down) every time I try to print to "Save to PDF" with the Firefox brows… (tuilleadh eolais)

OS: Windows 10 Firefox Version 100.0 Starting this afternoon...

Firefox crashes (completely shuts down) every time I try to print to "Save to PDF" with the Firefox browser page open. I can print a browser page to my local printer, but not to "Save to PDF", even if it is in Troubleshoot Mode and even after Firefox has been refreshed.

Everything on my system is current and updated.

This issue is new.

Any ideas, or other suggestions.

For MANY years, and now your system wont let it load. I have spent over an hour going through the endless links in your "help" system with no help at all.

This site is not loading and the lock with the red line wont let me disable the darn thing.

If I have to choose between Firefox and being able to access what sites I want, then Firefox will lose the battle.

I have tried all your little "help" suggestions and none work. I have been a faithful Firefox customer for about 12 years, but the end of that era is quickly coming to a close.

For your sake, I hope this is something you can fix easily because that website has thousands of loyal customers that are having the same issue with you that I am now.

I have to close and open the browser to be able to use it again. I have allready fresh install, i have change the appblocker, logout and more setings but I have no solution yet. Passwords disappeared from sync account

For some reason my passwords went missing locally and when I went to sync them my account would not connect and the saved password was missing. So I went through the pass… (tuilleadh eolais)

For some reason my passwords went missing locally and when I went to sync them my account would not connect and the saved password was missing. So I went through the password reset process to sign into my sync account and when I resigned into it to sync, there was no passwords on the account.

Is there any backup performed by mozilla or any other way to get like a backup of the online account passwords somehow. My local logins.json files are corrupt so I cant use them.

This is extremely disappointing if they cant be retrieved.

My Firefox updated to 100.00 yesterday 5/3/22. Today 5/4/22 I can't upload files to sites

When I try to upload a file to a website it cancels after about 8-10% completed. I was able to upload the same file to the same website in Microsoft Edge without any issu… (tuilleadh eolais)

I am currently using Firefox v. 100.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home v. 21H2. Recently, I have been unable to get package tracking information from the website fedex.com, nor can I log into my FedEx account. When trying to track a package, the FedEx site displays the following message: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." Likewise, when trying to log in, the site shows this message: "We are having trouble establishing a connection. Please refresh the page." Repeated attempts in both cases have failed. In the past, the fedex.com site has functioned flawlessly with Firefox. Moreover, I do not experience either of these problems with Google Chrome.

Please advise.
