This has been happening for months now, on multiple devices (I have tried at least 3 different devices), and on multiple networks.

I have read the articles in here, but they just want me to check network configuration which is exactly the same for all browsers.

If I restart firefox it starts working again.

How can I prevent it from breaking randomly? This is the only browser having issues, I'm almost positive is some bug and not a configuration thing, given that it happens under multiple circumstances and devices, while Edge and Chrome simply keep working just fine.

There is no consistent repro I can give, afaik it is just random, at some point Firefox just decides to stop working and I have to restart it. This disrupts my work and browsing activities as I can lose progress on input forms and similar actions.

I accepted this the other day but now don't want it. It is a Print popup & at bottom says Grow I can not find how to remove this. Popup shows this: Unlock the Print Button!

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

latest 124.0.2 causing severe problems, it will near instantly bloat to fill all RAM and SWAP even in safe mode causes system load over 24! only solution is to reboot very problematic on for ex: https://epg.pw/xmltv/epg_CA.xml hard to get a screencap since system is nearly totally unresponsive. RAM is ok SSD is ok MX Linux is ok

On the page listing passwords, it was possible to sort them by "Alerts".

In settings, there is an option to enable checking the vulnerable passwords: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-password-manager-alerts-breached-websites

On my other laptop using Firefox v121, the alerts are properly displayed. But on my second laptop using Firefox v124, the alerts are gone. I can't sort password by "Alerts", the option isn't there. Both laptops share the same Firefox account and have password synchronized between each other.

Obviously, I ticked the "Show alerts about passwords for breached websites" box in the settings but it looks like it does not nothing. I also checked in "about:config" and everything seems good.

Is this feature gone?

I'm using the 'Simple Tab Groups' add-on on my Mac computer and am happy with it but I have one question. When I click on a web link in an email (I use the native Apple Mail), it of course takes me to my default browser which is Firefox, and then within Firefox to the simple tab group that I had open in Firefox before clicking the link. Logically I guess that's reasonable behavior but typically that's not necessarily what I want; I'd rather it open the web page in my 'main' tab group.

Is there a configuration option to say: "When clicking on a web link in an email, open to this xxxxxx default tab group"?

We have an application where we do not want to share the session cookies between tabs. Is this possible? If above answer is yes, next we would like to filter out some cookies by name that should not be shared across tabs. Meaning, we want some cookies that can be shared across tabs and some should not be shared.

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 or v117.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

Steps: 1. Login to the application 2. Operate on the screen 3. Navigate to other URLs, but still on this tab 4. Session storage was lost

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?

Can you recommend some kind of extension thet will only check current icons for the bookmarks? Just that. I don't need duplicate bookmarks checker, inactice checker and God knows what else checker. Just icons, that's good enough for me.

I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on this.... I'm using the very latest version of Firefox 124.0.2 (64bit) And recently having a problem when video chatting on facebook when chatting I can't see the "Cam" Icon to call up. Yet on Crome all is good.

When I turn off the windows animations in Windows 10 the font on Twitter.com changes somewhat. I believe it is altering the character spacing/scaling.

I have not had this behavior on other browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome & OperaGX tested). I have not noticed this on other websites, but I also haven't really looked.

Starting Friday April 19, I have been experiencing constant very brief internet outages/reconnections while using Facebook on the desktop. The outages do not occur anywhere else on the internet...and do not occur on other browsers. I prefer to use Firefox. I am using Windows 11.

the issue now i have with firefox 124.0.2 is that the transition is now instant when my mouse enters or leaves the window and one of my addon buttons (roboform) no longer works with this userchrome.css edit.

its been a few updates ago it broke maybe 15 or so and now im wondering if there is a better updated script that works like it used to.
