Hello, This morning when I started Firefox, it uploaded and installed itself to the current level. I run Windows 7. Firefox reopened with the advertisement about Mozilla VPN. IT CLEARLY displayed the OS Software levels it would support for the VPN, including but not limited to Windows/XP , 7, 8, and 10 . When I started the offer purchase it took me to the DOWNLOAD page which offers WINDOWS 10 download ONLY. Will this WINDOWS 10 download work with my Windows 7 ?? Confused here !

The same in my wordpress site. Whats going on, an more important, how to tackle this problem? So Firefox doesn't make friends. In particular if Firefox doesn't give a solution.

Hello I've noticed recently that when using Firefox (Quantum 65.0.2) and a third party Windows VPN application (Windscribe), Firefox sync will falsely assume there is an account security breach and therefore stops and disconnects sync until account confirmation can be re-established.

Having to confirm my Firefox sync account at every instance following a VPN connection is becoming rather tiresome, therefore I was wondering if anyone was familiar with a process to prevent Firefox from entering this false alert state?

I am an American living in the Philippines working as a missionary. My family's permanent address is in the United States. We vote in the United States. Our bank accounts are in the United States. When I am in the Philippines, I do not want my search engine to be set to the Philippines. It limits what I can search and keeps me from being able to go to sites I need. I notice that .ph is added at the end of everything, and then there is a problem and the site can't be accessed. Something as silly as looking up some ideas for teaching that I wanted to print, was not able to be accessed. Please tell me how to change my country of origin in Firefox. I really don't want to shift to Chrome or Safari, but I will if they can do this and you cannot. Thank you!

Hi I can't access my new website's cPanel login page using Firefox 62.0 because it 'times out' when I have my VPN service active. I have a Windows 10 PC and can access the cPanel login page using Chrome and IE with the VPN active. I can also access it from my iPhone. What would be stopping Firefox from accessing it? I have cleared the cache and allowed it in my firewall settings so an at a loss why. Thanks, David
