When I used a new computer to log into my Firefox account, the account was locked. Waited 24 hours but account is still locked. I could not find website that will assist me in unlocking my Firefox account. Need someone to send me another link to my Yahoo email to unlock.

I have been using Firefox sync for many years now. I just got a new computer and when I tried to connect with my account, I received a message saying Firefox has locked my account.

Would you please fix this asap? I use your browser to work and not having my account back would force me to switch to Chromium, which I don't want to. Please note my account and my email address are both legit. Thanks

Tried signing in to firefox sync and account got locked with the following message, "The confirmation email we sent to <my email-id>@gmail.com was returned and we’v… (tuilleadh eolais)

Tried signing in to firefox sync and account got locked with the following message, "The confirmation email we sent to <my email-id>@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data."

My email works fine and I could use it to login and ask this question. Please help

That is not true. I am receiving emails just fine and I never lost access to my email account.

Signing in to sync on a new computer failed because gmail is currently down

i retry to enable sync and i get :

my email is working i did test and its working fine
