Hi, Since updating both Firefox & Firefox ESR, I can no longer access a page that is needed for my work. I already have Silverlight installed on the laptop but get the message/image Silverlight install, I have attempted to uninstall and re-install the program but had no luck getting passed the same message. This website page is vital for the running of the business, so I need a solution ASAP.

On the support pages there are supposed to be: 1) an Import button on Password Manager - not there for Mac 2) Import password check box for when you import data - no there for Mac (only importing bookmarks etc)
Can I not use the csv file from Chrome in any way?
This seems to be a pretty significant way to deter anyone wanting to try a new switch, not on Windows.

Prior to version 60.0 of Firefox if I wanted to I could surf to Options > Privacy & Security and click on Show Cookies button under the Cookies and Site Data section (or whatever the option/section was called in 57.0), a new window would pop up with a list of websites that have stored cookies in my browser, but then I could expand a website and see a list of exactly what cookies that website had stored.
This rather useful feature has apparently been removed from version 60.0 as now when one goes to Options > Privacy & Security and clicks on Managed Data under the Cookies and Site Data section, it still brings up a new window with a list of sites that have set cookies, but no longer allows you to see exactly what cookies a site has set, it just shows the website with no further clickable options.
How do I get this feature back? Or what menu option do I now have to use to see individual cookies, assuming it is still even possible?

It's strange experience with Firefox Quantum for first time. I had started downloading 3.4GB file and after it was about to complete, it got some issue and resume didn't work. I want it to be resumed at any cost. About server : I had downloaded from Google Drive so no doubt about resumable server. (I still have Drive download link as well.)
I respect Firefox team for building such great browser, I just want you guys to look into this matter. It's really important to someone who can't afford "Unlimited Wifi" kindly provide solution to interrupted downloads.

Really need some help here as I seem to have hit a wall. Ever since the latest update (60.0), Firefox will randomly freeze for about a second, every few seconds. The specific way it freezes is very strange. For example, if I'm watching a YouTube video, the video will continue to play with no drop in framerate, but I can't pause or click on anything. I have been a loyal Firefox user since 2008 and this is the first issue I've faced that seems near impossible to fix. I've tried clearing cookies, restarting with addons disabled, ran full virus scans with two separate programs, ran CCleaner, even updated my Nvidia drivers. Nothing.
If I can help it, I really don't want to bite the bullet and uninstall/reinstall Firefox and lose all my cached data and especially my history. I don't have everything bookmarked and I'll never remember everything I want to save or return to. Is there anything else I can do? This is making Firefox borderline unusable. I did read about creating a new "places" database, but this warned that it would clear my bookmarks and history. Is there a way I could possibly back them up? What should I do?

I've tried syncing my Firefox account, copying then pasting everything from my Firefox profile in Windows into the Firefox profile in Linux, however it only imported my bookmarks and none of my login information. Is there a way that I am missing or may have overlooked that will allow me to export all the login information so I don't have to reconfigure everything?

None of the TABS configuration choices under OPTIONS offers a means to make this happen: what has changed? Is there a non-code work-around? I haven't found it!

Running v 60.2.1esr (64-bit) "Mozilla Firefox for Red Hat Enterprise Linux" on Scientific Linux 7.5 (distro from Fermi Labs based on RHEL). All extensions and plugins are disabled (have tried enabled & disabled with same result).
Videos all run great on my Ubuntu 16.04LTS box with Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit) "Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu" with the same plugins + "Shockwave Flash (Ask to Activate)."
Frustrating. Anyone have any ideas? TIA Ric
