So i am using ReseourceOverride AddOn to debug a js library on standard install of firefox. This works by using the site as normal but resource override has instruction to replace request for the library on server with one requesting it from localhost. This used to work without problems. However today i noticed that breakpoints aren't getting hit. I have downgraded to version 132.0.2 and breakpoints work once again. I think this has something to do with debug sources, since the load process adds 2 sources, webpack containing uncompiled code and where i set break points, and webpack-internal which i think is built js library before getting minified. Links to exceptions in console also dont work instead of linking to webpack seemlesly, the adress says webpack-internal and link open a new window and complains that the adress is nonsense (see attached images)

It was working and then stopped in all three completely different networks and IOS. After using this site extensively for a long time after 1/15/2025 it stopped loading. It works in other browsers immediately.

This issue happens in:

Firefox Android with Att network Firefox Desktop with private IS provider Firefox Desktop with another private network

This site is the only one not working in three different devices, three different networks. Nothing was updated or changed. One day it just stopped showing the page with no error messages. Site works fine with chrome browser. Very Odd. I have tried to reload the app in the android device with no success accessing the site.

In the past I could attach a computer picture into Hotmail and then drag it into the text body and scale it ie. a Christmas card. Now it will not allow the attached picture to be dragged into the Hotmail text. Why?

I've used FF for years. The last year, it does not function correctly on about 20% of sites. I suggest focusing on making it compatible, rather than requiring sites that are perfectly coded. I may have to drop FF soon.

I'm on the latest version of Firefox for Windows. All my add-ons are outdated but when I click on "Check for Updates" it says there are none available. Setting add-on updates to "default" or "enabled" doesn’t make a difference.

My firewall isn’t blocking any connections (I even tried with it disabled), and Firefox has no other issues.

Any Ideas ?

I have read elsewhere here in the Support Forum that "browser.shopping.experience2023 prefs" in about:config allow for the disabling of Firefox Review Checker. Alas, there are quite a few of them there! What specific preferences -- and what specific values thereof -- are required to disable the Review Checker in FF 133.0?

I will add that it would be terrific if one could accomplish the same goal via FF Settings.

I use to be able to integrate my excel calendar and my wife's. Entries were different colors and changes on my computer showed up on my Ipad. Now I have my calendar but I can't find hers. Does she need to make a change on her excel as well?

My bluewin mail-account contains lots of "own" mailboxes on the server, where I used to move my sent or received mails to, in the case when I wanted to preserve them. However, these mailboxes do not appear within Thunderbird. There, I can see only the "standard" mailboxes like inbox, outbox, drafts, bin, etc.

What do I have to do to see these "own" mailboxes in within Thunderbird?

How do I Turn off 'Prevent this site from creating additional dialogs' feature?

I'm using an app called sevone, and each time I delete a graph I was getting this annoying popup. I selected 'Prevent this site from creating additional dialogs' feature, and now I cannot delete any graphs.

I am unable to find the setting anywhere. In older FF versions, this setting I believe was called dom.successive_dialog_time_limit on the about:config page and set the value to 0 to fix the issue. However, this information is from 2014 and is no longer useful.

I am using Firefox browser 131.0.3 (64-bit) for macOS.

I have been having problems with several sites that will not let me sign in. The site responds they found something wrong, that I'm a bot, or just nothing but won't accept the sign in. Two today, MyHeritage and Economist. Economist lets me into that URL but no others, stating something is wrong. MyHeritage says can't sign in because I am a bot.

I am a paying member to both sites. Today I tried using a Chrome Browser and both sites immediately let me in, and everything worked perfectly. So I switched back to Firefox, and was refused entry. I turned off my Malwarebytes, tried the sites on both browsers, Chrome worked perfectly, Firefox did not work.

I turned on my VPN, same results. I turned off my VPN, same results. So the only conclusion I can come to is there is something with the Firefox browser.

I am retired but work about 8 hours a day on genealogy for myself and others and I am a researcher. If I cannot access my sites I'm going to have to switch to Chrome. I have been a loyal user of Firefox in 2006 and have refused to change since. I do not like Chrome . . . so please, if this can be corrected I would really appreciate it.
