Your service is total waste your not helping out bor getting back with the answer instead your giving info about using using abusive language well you deserve it as your service is shit so what you like I'm going to raise the complaint regarding this. And also as mentioned in previous message that cant reach to your team well it's true and I saw that results already.

I know it may sound a bit strange, but I would like to know WHY an extension is not allowed in a private window, so I might understand the reason why I'm not able to diagnose an issue I'm having with fucking amazon who has their cart all over the place for a misconfiguration in firefox that either I did or an extension is causing, however I'm unable to figure out which because I can't enable extensions in private windows, where the issue does not happen, so I'm not able to reproduce and isolate the problem. Specifically, this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/extensions-private-browsing Plus, I was kinda expecting I could run STG in private too, since it offer such nice and rich grouping and memory management features vanilla FF does not (PS: please take inspiration and bake it inside!!) I am having issues signing in to the playstation store using firefox. It works on edge (although I have the same issue in ungoogled chromium). I have tried refreshing but that didn't work. I uninstalled it and deleted all mozilla folders in appdata, then tried again without signing in to my mozilla account on a fresh install but i'm still having the issue. It might be a windows configuration issue because I don't see why this would work on edge but not on firefox. I've tried disabling all cookie and tracking protection features but I still have the same issue.

When I'm composing a message there, and copy some text from i.e. that thread page, this thread page, a google search, etc. in the Firefox browser, and try to paste it into my message, nothing happens.

However, If I paste the item elsewhere, i.e. in my test editor, and copy it from there, then I can paste it into the answers.microsoft.com. thread message.

I initially thought this was some Microsoft site restriction, but I don't experience this in Chrome. Not only can I paste into a thread there, but I can copy something on that page and paste it into that Microsoft thread in Firefox.

So I suppose. strictly speaking, this is a pasting problem.

For about two months, video quality has been persistently low for me on Youtube. Quality options are limited to 360p and I am unable to change it. Additionally, I am unable to play video on other platforms such as Vimeo, Pinterest and other streaming sites. Sites return errors such as 'Player is unable to play video at this time' or error code 102630. I have refreshed my cache and reinstalled Firefox and neither have resolved the issue. Notably, this issue does not occur on other browsers such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge. As far as I know my drivers are up to date and the Windows Media Feature Pack is installed, although it shouldn't be an issue seeing as sites work on other browsers. The issue also persists in troubleshooting mode. I've gone through the console and included images of some interesting errors that might be of use, although I don't have the technical knowledge to know what they mean. Please inform me if there is any other information I can provide that would help. Thank you!

When I receive an email that has a link, Firefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't have certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess the first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

Since 128.0 was installed outlook.office.com/mail has stopped working. (Windows 11)

My mail account has numerous shared groups. However these now fail to load with a messgae "Cannot load folders for "xxxxxxxxx" Decoding failed.

Additionally, while I can see new mails in the list (under focused and Other), the previews are all blank.

I do not get this error in Edge or Chrome in Windows.

Hello, Since the version 128 (x86_64) on Windows 11, SSH links are no more opened with the user. The link tooltip at the bottom of the screen is showing the link without the user too. Ex: ssh://root@10.0.1.1 -> will open ssh://10.0.1.1 instead. Thank you in advance

For the past couple weeks, comments on WSJ articles and opinions have not shown up in Firefox. They show up just fine if I use Edge. I'm running Firefox 128.0.2 on a Windows 10 computer.

I run uBlock origin. I tried disabling it, but that has no effect on the problem.

OK so I was having some issues with firefox where I had to reinstall it and this did in fact resolve the issues I was having.

Problem I have is this though when I reinstalled it I first backed up my chrome folder which had all my custom CSS to move the tabs to the bottom of the header area and when I then reinstalled FF I then copied the folder back into my profile folder using the More Info under the help menu to make sure I was in fact in the right profile folder.

Problem is the code isn't moving the tabs and I seem to remember some issues with this the last time we had to fix FF that something had changed with the Chrome folders and such.

So what do I need to do to get my tabs back on the bottom again as I hate them up top!

Twitch, Youtube Live, Netflix, Kick... it seems any live streaming platform cannot play. I am running Linux Mint 21.3, Kernel 5.15.0. They work on a different browsers, they all also work on Firefox my laptop, which is also on the same OS and Kernel.

I have tried everything: installed ffmpeg, installed unrestricted ubuntu codecs, refreshed firefox (twice), uninstalled/reinstalled firefox, ive tried without extensions, yet nothing.

Cant for the life of me figure it out, im not sure if its my PC or Firefox on this machine.

Hello. Recently I've noticed video quality has been reduced on amazon prime video. I get a message saying my hardware doesn't meet HDCP requirements.

I've already tried playing the same video on edge, and the quality selector was fine there, full HD video.

Hi. I cannot use stripe payments. I am using FF vLatest and have added it to the popup blocker exception list and every other exception list I can find. I have done this for http://stripe.com and for whatever website is trying to use stripe. No stripe payments ever work and I always get the same error attached. I have tried another browser and it works. How can I find out at least what is blocking the payments so I can disable it?

I used to be able to press Enter in the empty Firefox search bar to bring up the (DuckDuckGo) search page and enter my search from there. Don't ask me why I like doing that, but now after the latest Firefox update, 128.0, on my MacBook Air I can't do that anymore. I have to type in the search bar to bring up the search page.

I know it's a small thing but I wonder if it can be put back to the way it used to be.

Firefox releases email addresses and our data to third parties!

I installed the Arc browser and Arc offered to load my bookmarks from mozilla. Out of curiosity, I let it, and it loaded my bookmarks and folders smoothly. Arc didn't navigate Firefox to the login page, so Firefox released my information without asking me.

What probably happened in the background was that the Arc browser told Firefox which email address it was requesting data from, and Firefox handed over the data to it "on notice". Firefox was not even convinced that the real owner of the email address asked the Arc browser to synchronize the folders.

Is it the famous Firefox reliability?
