I love Firefox, I use it on all my devices. And daily I access facebook.com on this browser, it's been working flawlessly - until yesterday. Yesterday, using Firefox (ver 130.0.1) on my Windows 10 PC, I tried accessing a FB page which I visit sometimes: https://www.facebook.com/OpenOscillator

Rather than reaching that page, I got a white screen with this error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." And since then, even visiting the Facebook home page (or any other FB page) has the same error message.

Today I tried the same thing on my Mac (OS 14.3), using Firefox and logging into facebook.com, which worked as usual. But when I went to https://www.facebook.com/OpenOscillator, I got the same error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." And as happened on my PC, now on my Mac I can't access any FB page on Firefox.

And just to mention, I've rebooted both the PC and the Mac, yet this problem persists on both devices.

Trying this same exercise on Edge on my PC does not have this problem. Nor does it happen when doing this on Safari on my Mac.

So, this problem has only been happening on Firefox. I can no longer access facebook.com with Firefox. Do you guys have any ideas how to solve this?

Hello all

There was a pop-up on my Mac'S Firefox asking if I allow Firefox access to my local network devices. I clicked on 'No' And obviously now I can't access for example my router's webpage or any other webpage fromo any devices on my local network. How I can switch it back? Internet access is working fine.

I'm trying to view my routers page at http://192.168.43.1.

Even though I type the full address with http: at the start Firefox automatically inserts https//.

This doesn't work as the router doesn't have a secure page.

I've gone into Firefox settings and found HTTPS-Only Mode is not enabled.

How do I view an HTTP site?

The "Print Tab" for my cruise does not show... but if i hover over it I can tell there's a tab there? I want dark pages but all fonts to be whatever color I choose but do not understand how to adjust this. Help

The screenshot function seems to have a bug. The function works as far as selecting "save full page" or save visible" but the image download never happens. Version is up to date and I have restarted but the issue persists.

Youtube's side panel on the left does not load at all, the videos on the homepage do but none of them can be played. When I play a video the website doesn't load that either. I only get an hourglass icon on the tab. Image attached.

Google search results don't show up immediately, despite being loaded. Only after about 7 seconds. Image attached.

I don't have this issue on other browsers. It has only started occurring 3 days ago, I'm clueless as to what the cause may be.

Solutions I have tried: 1. Restarting my PC. 2. Turning off all my extensions. 3. Running Firefox in troubleshoot mode. 4. Refreshing Firefox.

Hi. I'm trying to troubleshoot failure to resume a download in Firefox and I want to see the HTTP headers just like in Network Tab of Dev Tools, but I can't find how to open Network Tab from the "Downloads" list. Is it even possible?

As the title states, certain media elements within Firefox refuse to play with audio, but only with frustrating inconsistency. For example, any videos on Youtube are fine. Any videos on Reddit are fine. But many videos, most commonly on boorus and streaming sites I cannot name here, will not play. The volume on the video slider is all the way up, the Firefox application is not muted, the site is not muted, and the tab is not muted. The only thing that makes those videos play audio is if I left click on them to open them in another tab by themselves. While it solves the issue, it's still an extremely inconvenient way to go about my browsing. I know for a fact that this is a Firefox problem because those same videos on those same sites work perfectly fine within other browsers. Please, does anybody know of a solution to this issue?

For the past few weeks when I click into the URL address bar, I get a popup window covering the entire Firefox window (see screenshot). This is really annoying, as I have to escape out of this to get back to the window. It makes more sense just to place the cursor in the URL. Is there a way to disable this? Or is this a bug? Or is it a problem in my installation? I'm running Firefox 133.0 (64-bit). Thank you.

I met the same issue with https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27514404/web-worker-blocked-by-main-thread-in-chrome . It was asked 10 years ago and I learnt that it was fixed in chrome via https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40398809 . Is it a bug for firefox? Is there any way to work around? Thanks.

Why some websites aren't working properly with Firefox but does with others?

Here are two websites that I have issues with:

The list of previously visited sites in firefox windows seems to have shrunk in some recent update of firefox. Now, when I click the address bar I only get 5 options, the first being search with google and the remaining 4 being previously visited sites. Used to be that list was much longer. Is there a way to customize this, or revert it back to where it contains 10+ items?

During normal use, my Firefox looks... normal. See first attached image. But when I start typing in the address bar, everything but the address bar disappears. See second attached image. Is this behavior intentional? If so, which version introduced this behavior? And how do I disable it?

Yahoo isn't loading at all for me, more specifically guce.yahoo.com. I have managed to get into the login.yahoo.com page and log in but after the log in process it goes to the first page again and gives me the same "The connection has timed out". I just installed the browser and this might make me not use it ngl. I have tried both clearing cookies and troubleshooting mode.

Even though destop site mode in the pull down menu on the right is turned off it's affecting my site like it's turned on. I also can't turn it on to turn it off since it just stays off when I click on it. Also I'm not sure if this helps but everything now opens as a destop site instead of phone site when I open something new.

How do I stop it from appearing please? It's the address bar.. field. I don't know what to call it, english is not my native language. I just want it to remain small and static like it always did. Now it becomes a huge field that takes up too much space and blocks my vision and I just want it to disappear.

I wish Firefox would stop changing stuff like this.
