When I access my Verizon email I can only see the inbox messages. I don't see spam, sent or trash folders. Also, There are no delete buttons or other buttons that I had in Windows XP. I also have an issue with Yahoo mail. I only see my inbox messages, however I can't access them. Is there an easy fix for this?

Please double check that your Firefox is version 28 . If not, read Update Firefox to the latest release

Is it possible, with your particular Linux distribution, to upgrade Firefox to a more recent version? You can try using the internal updater:

Help > About Firefox > "Check for Updates" button

Which Linux distribution are you using?

Are you using a Firefox version from your Linux distribution or did you install a version from the Mozilla server?

If you use a version from your Linux distribution then you need to update via the Ubuntu Software Center.

Also make sure that you meet the System Requirements (GTK+ and GLib) for the current Firefox version.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox 28.0 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:
