I have Windows 7 32bit, Firefox 19.0 When I click to go to another page, sometimes the current page will shift upwards a little, revealing the same page underneath. After a short while, the current page will shift back down, and then goes to the new page and completes downloading.

You were right. It was an addon. I use Norton 360 (free thru Comcast) and it put an extension (Norton Vulnerability Protection) on. Disabled it, solved the problem. Thanks, Larry
