I have downloaded the new version of firefox (currently running 3.6.3) but when I try to run exe file it says 'file is coorupt'. Suggestions please.

Are you using the built-in update or downloading the full installer from [www.mozilla.org/firefox/fx/#desktop]?

Make sure to delete the bad file before attempting again.

Antivirus software can occasionally corrupt a download.

You could try using IE to get the installer if Firefox cannot successfully download the file.
