Apple.com will only load the store page
FF 11.0, OSX 10.7.3
Firefox will always redirect any query on apple.com to the store site. I've cleared cache, passwords and nothing has worked. Any thoughts?

Finally found the problem after starting FF in safe mode. I had a add-in toolbar that was causing the problem (Goodsearch). Now that I have disabled the toolbar, the apple website is working normally.

Nope, no change. Whenever I try to load anything at apple.com, it still goes to store.apple.com
First & I forgot to ask this initially, have you tried doing this in another browser besides Firefox, like Internet Explorer for example to see if it's just doing it in Firefox or on all browsers?
Just Firefox, both Safari and Chrome work normally
Just to confirm, you are actually entering the website URL in the addresses bar as www.apple.com & not through the location bar using just keyword apple right?
correct
Check out the following couple KB articles & see if it helps any first. If not we will go from there

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
I had already cleared the cache and removing all apple.com (and related) cookies made no change.
Malware and search redirection don't appear to be the issue either.
