Make sure that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode.
You can open the Properties via the right-click context menu of the Firefox desktop shortcut and check that in the "Compatibility" tab.
Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.

Did you change your UserAgent preference in Firefox?
NT4.0 is the Windows OS that came before Windows 2000 - WinXP is NT 5.1 .

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.
Right-click the preferences that are bold, one line at a time, and select Reset.
Then restart Firefox

I cant believe something so stupid could matter so much. NOW I have to figure out how it got bumped into compatibility MODE in the first place when I updated???
