I am a computer illiterate! I know I am connected to the internet by satellite but I don't know via what company and I can't seem to figure it out searching via web mail or any other way. My speed has slowed considerably so I know something is going on. I know my Firefox account is via this satellite connection. Can you help this old lady figure out who it is? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Hi randman2@earthlink.net- As a web browser there is no way for Firefox to know how you are connecting to the internet. However, I see your email address is from earthlink- so I would recommend starting there. Who ever it is, you are paying them money- so looking at your bank statement would be another way of figuring it out.
Good luck!

There are many other sites that will show you the same information.
The data reported is based on your current Internet IP Address that is used while you are connected to the internet.
For example, At my office which uses Cox Cable, it points to downtown in my city rather than close to my actual location which is approximately 8 to 12 miles away.
