As a member of ASCD ( I am unable to access my monthly Members Books via the Firefox browser so I had to switch my laptop to Internet Explorer

Previous laptop (HP Pavilion) experienced this problem beginning in January/2011. Purchased new laptop in October/2011 (Pavilion dv6) which is experiencing same problem. Switching to Internet (which is not my preferred choice) solved the problem. This problem occurs to the members books access only. I am able to access the general site and many of its services but not the books. Yes, my membership is paid in full for 2011/12/13
