Download the latest version and install it. Also you may want to know that Firefox automatic update feature always install the latest full releases. It is enabled by default but here's how you can change its settings if you like:

Firefox > Options > Advanced > Update.

You probably installed a Beta version of Firefox 6.0 or 5.0 and then therefore got on the Beta channel where 7.0 is currently on.
