How can I stop Firefox from crashing? It didn't start until I installed Norton Antivirus protection. Now whenever I try to move from one site to another it crashes...I've sent many reports but it's getting worse. Today I can't even get to my email. It does not happen in safe mode. I got that far anyway. Where is the location bar????
