Firefox 3.5.5 is not a "new version", it's from 11/2009.

i cant see from the technical info what kind of printer? if its an hp there may not be an update for the printer application for firefox 5. there wasnt one for my hp printer so i save the page then open it with something else and print it.

Thanks you guys! I double checked everything & found out that although I had downloaded & run 5, it didn't actually download - just messed up 3.5.5! So it's a big help to know that there was a major glitch there. I'm going to re-do the download & installation of 5.0 & see what happens. The funny thing is that everything else seemed to work. Hopefully this will solve the issue. If not, I'll be back.
