the Options window of an extension doesn't appear ( for any addon) and it freezes the addon manager( as if there's an invisible option window "open")
as the title describes it

-> click Firefox button and click Exit
-> Start Firefox in Safe Mode (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Firefox Safe Mode window will open. DON'T SELECT ANY OPTIONS, just click Continue in Safe Mode
Check and tell if its working.
if i have understood correctly , that i should switch to firefox default theme and then try to open options for addons?
well i started firefox in safe mode , and went to change the theme, but then everything was locket( safe mode only delete or disable ), so i changed the theme while in normal firefox mode restarted a few times and tried open the addon options a few times but the same problem... ( and i have to totally close down firefox, once the addons manager "locks up" )

-> click Firefox button and click Add-ons -> Add-ons Manager tab will open
-> click Firefox button and click Options -> Firefox Options window will open
Now, Does the Add-ons Manager and Options window Opens and responds normally while you are in Firefox Safe Mode ??
i dont think you understood the problem. when i go to firefox addons manager, and i want to open options for one specific addon ( my choices for addons are, "options" "disable" "remove" )
and this is the same for all addons that have options ( at first i feared that the specific addon was junk , but then i found out that i couldnt change options on any addon i got worried)
( i dont mean the options for entire firefox (tools/options), i mean Tools/addons/extensions/(any addon that has options)/options)
OK. Try going to Add-ons Manager without using Firefox Safe Mode.
Are you using the default theme?
that is what i did in the beginning before i posted here..
and yes i tried the default theme as-well, no luck

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile:
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)
