Do not know about USAir toolbar. You can contact them to ask about the plans for their toolbar.

Google decided that they will no longer produce the Google Toolbar for Firefox beyond Firefox 4.

You could go back to Firefox 3.6.19 but support for that version is expected to end soon. Then you would using an unsupported, possibly vulnerable, browser.
