I switched back to Firefox 3.6.17 (4 was HORRIBLE!!) & now most of my bookmarks are gone. I already tried opening in FF safemode & resetting the tool bar but it didn't work. My History items won't open either. All was AOK yesterday& today nothing

just what i said. Most of my bookmarks are gone and it won't let me create new ones. I can see the Bookmarks if I go into "history" and they appear to be all there but they are not on the Bookmarks tab. Also, the history items in the History tab don't show up either, the webpages visited and whatnot.
