How do I enable Dragon NaturallySpeaking to select a bookmark just by speaking it?

I was once able to say "Bookmarks" and then speak the name of the bookmark using Dragon NaturallySpeaking and it would automatically select it and load up the page. Recently something happened (I don't know if it was with Firefox or with Dragon) and this function no longer works. Can you offer a solution? I am running Windows Vista 32-bit and I have Firefox 3.6. My Dragon NaturallySpeaking is "11, home edition".
