Everytime I need to view a pop up from a website, a blank Firefox window appears and at the top it only says 'search bookmarks and history'

For example, if I am Google maps, and I click on the 'print map' button, the Firefox window pops up but it is empty and only says in Italics at the top 'Search bookmarks and History'. There is no information, let alone a map in print version! Thanks
