I was emailed instructions for installing the free Firefox Sync add-on on my desktop. After successfully installing the add-on (Step 1) after Firefox restarted I was not prompted to create an account (Step 2). So I'm stuck.

Start by going to the Tools menu and selecting Options. Then follow these instructions starting at Step 1, #4.
