Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

If not, see this: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/troubleshooting+extensions+and+theme...

Tried in Safe mode - it is still thing on the redline- It just started a few days back - it might be a plug in or something. Not sure!!

Are you using Sandboxie ? http://www.sandboxie.com/

Same problem. It is also on my laptop while using IE. Switched to Firefox and solved the problem. Now I have it on my desktop for Firefox and not IE. Ran Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, and Kaspersky TDSS killer with no problems found all around. When running in safe mode the red line exists.

I can get past the redline as long as I know it is nothing malicious. Any thoughts?

I am using Avast for my firewall/anti-virus. It has a "sandbox" feature. Any relation to what you are asking?
