Clear cookies + Cache
1. Hit Ctrl+ Shift + delete on your keyboard or go to Tools| Clear recent history
2. Set the time range to be Everything
3. If it isn't selected already, set Firefox to clear Cookies and Cache . If you do not see this option, click on the arrow located next to Details
4. Click Clear Now
