Hello Faisal. It seems your problem is that you Firefox profile is simple not opening when you open Firefox. There's a bit of diagnosing to do, and hopefully a bit of fixing too. 1 - first of all, enter about:support in your address bar and press enter; 2 - click "Open Containing Folder" next to where it says "Profile Directory". This will open the directory where your current Firefox profile is stored. This folder is inside a folder called "Profiles": go to that folder (up a level); 3 - now, check how many folders there are in the "Profiles" folder. Hopefully there will be more than one (if there's not, see 6); 4 - without closing the "Profiles" folder, access the profile manager http://kb.mozillazine.org;/Profile_Manager#Accessing_the_Profile_Manager; 5 - if there are more than one profile listed, try them until you find the old one. If there's only one, create a new profile with the other folders in the "Profiles" folder until you find your profile; 6 - if this doesn't work, it's possible that your profile folder got erased, for some reason, or that your settings reverted to default. In this case, there is nothing we can do. It's also remotely possible that you (or someone else) stored your profile folder somewhere else. You only need to find it and create a new profile using it.
