All of my bookmarks are gone When i click on manage bookmarks it is empty. Ive tried the other things and I cannot get them back. And how do i prevent this from happening on another computer? And can i opt out of updates because it seems like they create more problems for me then what they fix 

It will take hours and hours to  get the website back and change all the passwords

Thanks for the quick reply when i open the manage window there is only the profile default with there folders and no options be low it default profile root directory local directory

And i just noticed all my history is gone also
