Hmm, unless the links are at least a few weeks old, they probably have not expired.

Are the URLs similar to:

  • https://www.docusign.net/Signing/EmailStart.aspx?a=long-value&acct=long-value&er=long-value
  • https://na2.docusign.net/Signing/EmailStart.aspx?a=long-value&acct=long-value&er=long-value
  • https://eu.docusign.net/Signing/EmailStart.aspx?a=long-value&acct=long-value&er=long-value

If any of the 3 parameters (a, acct, er) are missing or do not have long values, do you use any add-ons that could be removing part of the URL as an anti-tracking measure?
