Two options to try.

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-esr/ and pick the Windows version you need as in 32-bit or 64-bit. Then the language. Then you should have a box link saying Download ESR 115 which should serve you the current Firefox Setup 115.21.0esr.exe

64-bit and 32-bit Firefox 115.21.0esr as each folder is the language version for Firefox Setup 115.21.0esr.exe https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.21.0esr/win64/ https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.21.0esr/win32/

The older Firefox 115 ESR is currently at 115.21.0esr and the last planned update will be Fx 115.27.0esr in August unless Mozilla extends updates again. Mozilla is updating this channel with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 OS users in mind.
