If you need to manipulate parts of the page individually (specific font, specific font size, etc.), there are some options for that but the layout might be distorted. If the problem isn't what you see on screen but how a page prints, to the right of the preview, there is a "More settings" section that should let you scale the page up or down by entering a percentage, such as 110 for 10% enlargement or 85 for 15% reduction.
