why can't enchanted tracking protection be disable in about:config turn on FALSE DOES NOT WORK??? I'm 68 I can't keep turning it off to type in passwords I pay my bills online. I have Malwarebytes for protection.

I am guessing that you are referring to Enhanced Tracking Protection..? This support article should help:

Once you disable Tracking Protection for a site from the shield icon in the address bar, the exception should be remembered unless you clear history with "Site settings" ticked.
