I reinstalled my Windows and then wanted to log in to my Firefox account but I forgot my password, when i recovered it all of my data we're gone, I didn't know that it would erase my data. Can I somehow get it back?

Sync isn't designed for backup it's sync data between devices and computer only. If there no other device the reset password can remove all sync data leaving nothing to recover. Changing password sync Firefox account will delete all data if that wasn't hard backup data.
