bold textFirefox has become a HUGE memory hog, and every update makes it worse. Would it be POSSIBLE for mozilla firefox to ACTUALLY listen? Instead of ASSUMING you already know EVERYTHING, pay attention to your users.........MOZILLA FIREFOX, WILL USE UP ALL MEMORY(IDLING). There are several THOUSANDS of posts stating that mozilla firefox is a HUGE memory HOG, and of course the people of firefox can NEVER be BOTHERED to listen to the public.

That is the problem, we are left without the slightest bit of help or service when mozilla decides to intentionally ruin our PC's. And absolutely no one will believe us when it's been stated THOUSANDS of times that mozilla firefox uses up ALL memory(on the net).
Please do something, we the public are getting FED-UP, with a corporation that "just can't be bothered to ever help anyone". Hint: the incessant updates do more to make the users angry, than "improve a browsing experience". I'm seeing 500mgs and 12 windows forced open just to idle firefox, and this is directly after the update. email address: jimerb6@yahoo.com. Please explain away how it's all my fault, or my computer, or the net provider, this is wildly out of control. I await the least bit of offered help or service.

I posted this problem, however NONE of the people working there can ever be BOTHERED to actually help anyone, when the FORCED update ruins my browser, and Mozilla refuses to help in any way. Do we have to file a law suit against mozilla to actually get the PROMISED help? Or is this something for the Federal trade commission? FORCED updates that intentionally ruin all use of the browser, and we are BLOCKED from ever getting help from Mozilla.

I have already spent over 5 hours ATTEMPTING to get the least bit of help or service from Mozilla, and it seems they have stopped helping anyone now that they can FORCE anything they want on our browsers. I am extremely unhappy with the scum of the earth people at Mozilla. They are ALLOWED to intentionally ruin this browser and can NEVER be contacted to fix the problems that Mozilla intentionally created.

As everyone can see, there is NO HELP. Mozilla FORCE installed google as the one and only UNREMOVABLE search engine on my PC without my permission(firefox114.0.1). As a result, ALL search results are wrong just like google. Mozilla got millions of dollars, and we are stuck with a browser that only provides google's wrong search results, and take a look, this question is over 4 months old. Mozilla support is completely FAKE.
