After I open the Firefox browser, a window opens:

We couldn't create the data directory - Microsoft Edge can't read and write to its data directory: C:\ProgramData\McAfee\WebAdvisor\UIHost.exe_pr]S-1-5-21-1684796555-4169006821-2310766321-1005\wa1656781557\EBWebView

Tried to re-intall Edge, does not work, cleared all cookies, etc. Still get this message once I open the Firefox Browser.

Any suggestions how to clear this problem?

If I look at the file location then I see "C:\ProgramData\McAfee\WebAdvisor", so this is likely a problem with your McAfee security software and you will have to contact McAfee for support or disable the McAfee WebAdvisor component.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
