Newest Firefox Has Annoying Display
Every time I do a new (first) save to a firefox item, I get an annoying brief display showing files which were opened.
I don't need such a display and would like to turn it off: It is distracting and might cause me to miss a REAL error message.
I am attaching a gif photo of this display, which is new to the latest firefox.
How can I turn off this feature?

- Firefox no longer asks what to do for each file by default
- Downloads panel automatically opens
- Downloaded files are saved to disk
- Set a default app to open a file type
- "Always Open Similar Files" option from the Downloads panel

You can set this pref to false on the about:config page to prevent opening the
download panel on each download.
- browser.download.alwaysOpenPanel = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.

Hi, I ran into the same problem today, this window on the side that appears after every boot is very annoying.
