I am on Firefox 91.0.1 (64-bit) on Debian 11. As the example screenshot shows, UI on many webpages looks wierd and inconsistent. I also use Firefox on my work computer, which is on Windows 10 and has no such issues. So, I think this is because of some dependency issues with my Debian machine. How do I fix this?

Try downloading a separate copy of Firefox and run it from the folder to see what happens.

A full browser screenshot would be more helpful.

Here's the full screenshot. I will download it and run it from my `/home/` folder and let you know.

It would help if you point out the issue.  ;-)

Problems with Firefox on Debian 11 are, (check the picture attached)

  1. The bubble next to issues, the text(number) is aligned a bit to the top on Firefox on Debian, while Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10, renders the text to the center.
  2. Same can be seen with the text "Unstar", "Fork", they are aligned a bit to the top-right, while Windows versions of both the browsers renders it to the center.
  3. the bell-icon, star-icon, fork-icon's space is nonuniform respective to the center. there is more space to the top of all the 3 icons on debian, while windows's versions are uniformly spaced and space to the top and bottom to the icons is equal, which is not the case on Debian.

Some more information:

  1. I am with default configuration and drivers on windows.
  2. I have made very few changes to the default settings to KDE Plasma(v5.20.5) on Debian 11 stable. Changed the display scale from 100% to 125% and set the font DPI to 120.
