Why can I no longer see all cookies in Manage Data? I am quite sure websites have not stopped adding them. For example Walmart used to add about 20 and now there is just the one. It is the same for every site I visit. Just one basic cookie shows. Are the others hidden somehow?

You can use the Storage Inspector to have finer control over cookies and other forms of storage.
