Does any of the following work in that popup window: You could open Firefox's Web Console in the lower part of the tab and see whether there are any error messages that seen to be related to the problem. Either: * "3-bar" menu button > Web Developer > Web Console * (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Web Console * (Windows) Ctrl+Shift+k Anything that sounds like it could be relevant? You also could try reloading the tab using Ctrl+R or the F5 function key, and then watching for new messages.
