I'm trying to download Firefox on a Mac, Version 10.15.7. After I drag the Firefox icon to the App folder in the popup window, another window appears, "Preparing to copy to Applications." The process never gets beyond this point, however long I wait. A faded Firefox listing shows in my Applications folder, with a circle with line thru it.
