Lately FF seems to be updating at least weekly, and TB at least twice a month. Historically updates were much less frequent. Anyone know why? Michael

The release cycle is 4 weekly. I have no idea why it was changed from 6 weekly. That is a decision made by Mozilla Corporation. There have been one or two "emergency" type releases in the 78 cycle because of unforeseen consequences to fixes for something else. But it is far from weekly. It could be however that your version is not 78.

Please go to the help menu and about and ensure it is version 78. Old versions that have failing updates will keep trying and developer builds clearly come along as required so might be as frequently as every day..
