the message in subject line has appeared for the last 3 days. I have read the answer to this message, and either I am doing this incorrectly or not understanding the steps to take. I have no problems connecting to the Internet. I access Outlook through Firefox as well as DDGo. My entire screen is blank, except for the message and a large ?. On the far right of the screen it says Open Network Login Page. When I click it, the blank screen says SUCCESS. But nothing changes, Remember I have followed the instructions about typing about;config but nothing appears as the instuctions indicate.
