Why can't I access, comment on Facebook now with the new upgrade? I'm ready to just delete Firefox and go with Safari, and hopefully never the dreadful Google Chrome.

I need help. I'm certain it's just a checkbox somewhere but I don't have hours to peruse multiple articles and online gibberish to try to find it.

Can someone actually help - Not the standard I tried, this and that, but actual help and definitive direction?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
