Hackers have taken control of my Firefox and are maliciously using developer mode to alter settings and change behavior. They have hidden help/feedback icon so I can't send emergency info to firefox. They repeatedly change privacy settings for gmail on firefox to capture/alter my emails. They turn off my google sign in which has protected mode always on so they can load porn, inflammatory politics or foreign crap onto my youtube "recommended videos." They have posed as me and signed up for "developer" software in firefox that manipulates the entire account. They used a different email address and sign in to github on my own computer to do this, and I don't know the email address and can't do this. All of the info in my firefox account is now repeatedly tampered with. They also pose as developers throughout my computer and maliciously change everything. My computer is for an individual, myself who isn't part of any organization and shouldn't have organization "administrators. Can't firefox recognize that these are hackers and eliminate them?

Are you the only person using your computer? Are you using sync?

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article;
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Also, change all passwords at all websites you use. And confirm all personal information on those sites.

No, this didn't solve my problem. No, I am not the only person using this computer as they have installed a suite of controlling software in windows 32 and connect through my own computer to their network with stuff I can't delete. They spoof my own ip address. It is not externally derived malware but internally supplied and shows "documentation" as coming from microsoft itself. They observe all my password changing and marks passwords "saved" so they can use them. If I change something they change it bback quickly. All third party antimalware or antiexploit software is partly or completely disabled in the process of downloading. They use JIT memory to do this and have disabled hitmanpro to keep it from preventing exploits. They disabled anti-hacker so I can't use it, and half the options in every program are greyed out to protect themselves. Changing passwords and using antimalware programs is completely ineffective. Thank you very much for the effort, but this is more serious. It is like cancer or a foul disease in a living being using every resource for itself.

I called for more help.

Thank you Fred. Hope your call is heeded. I should also mention that my usb is disabled and javascript is disabled in every feedback window so I can't communicate directly with Firefox, can't access my Microsoft account, can't change the password, can't use any secure features. In firefox screenshot below shows usb disabled even though I have setting on enabled. It also shows the network below (I do not officially have a network) with the box altered so I can't turn it off.

Hi skywriter321:

Sadly, malware is not something we can help you with if the malware scanners recommended by Fred don't find it and fix it. The only alternative I can I see is it to get somebody local who is more technical e.g. an expert in your household to take a look and run the malware scanners and if necessary re-install Windows.
