Firefox crashes when I minimize window being presented in Google Meet. How do I fix/prevent this from happening?
Description of the problem is as follows: 1) I start a presentation on Google Meet 2) I choose to present one of my open windows (*not* entire screen) 3) window is being presented, just fine, 4) If I *minimize* the window being presented, the tab crashes. 5) the problem does not occur if I present the entire screen, rather it has to do with the window being presented becoming minimized.
Win10/drivers/Firefox all up to date - problem persists even in Firefox's Safe Mode.

FYI - I just tested the same actions after moving to the beta channel (version 75.0b11) and the problem has resolved itself, probably as a result of the fix applied to bug 1521169 - tab no longer crashes when minimizing the window being presented.
So the bug seems to have been taken care of, and I will wait for the official v75 release next week.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Not sure if this is related, but: I noticed is that when selecting window to share in the small window Firefox pops up under the address bar (screen snip attached), the drop down shows only the windows that are *not* minimized. So if a program is running but minimized to the taskbar, it will *not* show up as shareable. If its window is non-minimized/viewable on the desktop, then it will and can be shared (but then will cause a crash if minimized subsequently). For some reason the process doesn't "like" minimized windows.
EDIT: From your previous post re. Bug 1521169, since that bug looks to have been fixed in version 75, am I correct in assuming that if I wait until 75's release in a few days, I will be free and clear? :)

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
