I'm still having problems with my Firefox after the updates to the Windows 10 and the update to Firefox 73 it will not load I can't get it to do anything I can't use anything on it I can't even go to the menu and do what they suggested me to do it will not work I need to know what I can do next to fix it. The only other thing I can think to do is to completely uninstall Firefox and use something else because I'm not getting the help that I need they suggested a few things I've tried that I told him I tried it and it's still not working but no one has gotten back to me yet please help

Hi again JTLDavis!

We all love Firefox, so when this happens I understad you must be upset.

You could for example try to install the open free Linux Mint on a USB-stick and try if the open free Mozilla Firefox works from the USB-stick before installing it on your computer.

If happy and then installing Linux side by side with Windows or separately, or erasing Windows is possible, then first make sure to search for any compability problems with your computer model and Linux! On my HP computer the screen brightness is always on full and I have to use sunglasses in the evening, Still it is worth it for me to be free from the malware, and i look mighty cool to in the evening. On my older ASUS, there are no problems at all.

If you erase the non-free unknown Windows 10-malware you might never want to run any malware ever again on your computer. That was the case for me.

If you or one of your friends have an older computer, you could also try it out on that one first! Linux often brings new life to computers clogged up with any Windows-malware.

If it seems to be a big hurdle for you, to do this, then get help from a local Linux user through a Linux forum! I am sure the Linux user will be happy to help you out, and you will probably also have a new friend for life. Remeber to show your gratitude always!

Come back to us and tell us if this solved your problem!

hi, please continue in your existing thread at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1279730 - otherwise it's more difficult for everyone to provide help effectively.

mozilla will release an update to firefox in the coming days that should address this problem...
